Cucumber is a  creeping vine; it's originally from South Asia and  widely cultivated plant in the gourd family  It generally require temperatures between 60-90°F/15-33°C. China is the largest producer of cucumbers, and it provides about 2/3rd of the global supply. the 3 different varieties of cucumbers are: slicing, pickling, and burpless. It  belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family. It is dark-green skin, crispy, moisture, varying in size, shape, and color.
